Whether you know a lot or a little, are local or a tourist, a teacher or a student, young or old – a visit to Ribe Viking Centre will provide you with a unique experience and new knowledge about the Viking Age. You can wander round the reconstructed life-size Viking estate, peopled with Vikings with whom you can work and talk.They wear Viking clothes and work with reconstructed tools and techniques that were used back then.

Ribe VikingeCenter is celebrating the town's 1300^th anniversary by focusing on the founding of Ribe and the town's international trade connections. The program for 2010 is chock-full of exciting new events, which we look forward to welcoming you to. Here at Ribe VikingeCenter the 2010 season promises an exciting and busy program of events taking you back to the Viking Age – more specifically, to some of the key events in Ribe's history.
